Available Volunteer Roles/Positions:

1. Registration Desk:

Greeting and checking in guests upon arrival.


2. Floor Manager:

The "Vibe Checker," ensuring everything on the event floor runs smoothly. Duties may include but is not limited to, greeting guests upon arrival, giving directions (registration, food/refreshments, bathrooms, etc).

3. Event Coordinator (assistant):

Assists with planning and coordination of all aspects of the event, including workshop management, ushering/checking in on VIP guests.

4. Event Support

Responsible for making sure partners are set up at their correct booth, and ensure the vendors are adhering to the terms & conditions of their vendor agreement.

5. Content Creator (assistant): Produces engaging content for the company's website, social media channels, and marketing materials to promote products and events and engage with customers.
